How do I select the correct sizing?

All of our garments are designed to stretch and comfortably mold to your shape. Please refer to our size chart for the best fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend considering your bust and cup size when choosing. If you have a smaller cup size, you may prefer the smaller size for a more fitted look. If you have a fuller bust, sizing up may provide a more comfortable fit and coverage.

When will I receive my order?

Processing Time
Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and prepared for shipment. Processing begins once your order is placed.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time
Please allow approximately 5–8 business days from the date your order is placed to receive your order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once order is placed and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Where do you ship?

U.S. Domestic:
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.95 on all U.S. orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $300.

International:
International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and will be shown at checkout. Enjoy free international shipping on orders over $400.

Duties & Taxes:
Applicable duties and taxes may be included in the item price where required. However, any additional customs duties, taxes, fees, or charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any additional charges assessed by customs or local authorities.

How do I care for my Sant'Anna garment?

We highly recommend dry cleaning to keep your garment looking its best. If you prefer to wash it at home, you can hand wash it in cold water with a gentle detergent. Lay flat on a towel to dry.

For storage, we recommend folding your garment rather than hanging it, as hanging can cause the fabric to stretch or lose its shape. If you do hang it, use hang tags to help prevent stretching.

Foil pieces need a little extra care. Store them in a dry area and, when folding, place a layer of paper or soft cloth between the folds. This helps prevent the foil from sticking to itself and keeps the finish looking its best.

For travel, we recommend placing your garment in a dust bag before packing it in your luggage for extra protection.

What is the Return/Exchange policy?

We want you to love your piece. If it’s not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, garments must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging
• Free of stains, makeup, perfume, or other odors

Exchanges
Because we produce our pieces in small batches, many styles are made in limited quantities. This is part of what makes each collection special and exclusive, but it also means exchanges can only be accommodated if the requested size or piece is still available at the time of your request.

Return Label
Once your return or exchange is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label by email with instructions on how to send your garment back.
